I.   BLUEBLOOD, the Leadership Magazine   -  A subscription volume that focuses on the principles, strategies. values, and character of role model business leaders and decision makers who are graduates of the Ateneo University.
 
II.  GOING LOCO on ILOCOS     -   A project to promote products, services and natural site tourism such as resorts and ancient churches pilgrimage, indigenous from the Ilocos region,  both locally and internationally.
 
Souvenir and novelty items such as wall frames, postcards, stationery, greeting cards, diaries, calendars and coffeee table book on Ancient churches and artifacts help generate funds for the preservation of these century old churches and naturally boost Philippine trade and tourism.
 
III.  LOURDETTE  bags and corporate gifts   -   Each product is hand made with woven fabric called  "ABEL" indigenous from Ilocos region. Unique designs are matched with colorful leather combinations. Some irregularites are intrinsic qualities that magnify Philippine craftsmanship.
